From our experience of working with and for other professional service providers in the Island we felt clients
were not receiving the level of service they should, consequently, we established AJH in October 2005 and these
are our core values:
Core values
Customer service:
Only one individual will have primary responsibility for the relationship, who will perform your work and be available
when you need them.
Pro-active advice:
Offering pro-active advice to help businesses is part of our service and fee.
City culture:
Our service is provided whenever our clients need our assistance, even at short notice from evenings and week-ends to through the night.
No fee surprises:
Our service is only performed after a fixed quote range or a capped estimate has been provided and
therefore we do not time charge.
